About Company

Bu-mac Engineering Ltd is a manufacturing workshop delivering solid machining and fabrication services. We have been serving our customers in New Zealand and abroad since 1995. Our team of 23 technicians are committed to our company’s growth and future.

Our workshop is based in West Auckland and our primary focus is on quality and services. We specialise in one-off to medium run component manufacturing.

We have a wide range of CNC and manual machines that help us to offer complete machining and fabrication services. We also have an in-house painting facility which ensures that your spray-painting needs are catered for.

How can we assist you?

Fabrication – We are experts at fabrication and have considerable experience in stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium fabrication.

Machining – Our machine shop includes a great mix of CNC and manual machines:
2 bar feed CNC lathes up to 65 mm diameter,
6 centre lathes and up to 3 metres between centre,
5 CNC machine centres starting from a high-speed production machine to one of the largest with X travel at 1600 mm (The machines can handle job weights of up to 2000 kg),
5 manual milling machines and
2 surface grinders.

Bu-mac provides you with an end-to-end solution that includes project design, manufacture, quality checks and installation.
